2853 West Blvd is a thoughtfully designed multifamily residential development located in the heart of West Adams—also commonly referred to as Mid-City—just a few miles from USC. The project balances market-rate living with long-term affordability, delivering much-needed housing while fostering a connected, community-driven residential experience. Completed in 2025, 2853 West Blvd is a six-story modular multifamily building that served as a proof of concept for efficient, cost-effective urban housing delivery. Located in the West Adams (Mid-City) neighborhood—just a few miles from USC—the project demonstrates how modular construction can accelerate timelines while maintaining quality, affordability, and thoughtful design.
From groundbreaking to opening in under nine months, the project achieved an estimated 23.7% cost savings compared to traditional construction methods, underscoring the viability of modular development in dense urban markets
