Our team of developers, contractors and architects have developed a process that has a transformative change on a massive scale - not only ramping up industry productivity, but also drastically reducing the carbon footprint of construction.
West Modular Manufacturing (WEST) views modular as a vertically integrated process. We provide modular construction - whether it be residential or commercial - as a process in which a building is constructed offsite, under controlled conditions using the same materials and complying with the stringent codes and standards of conventionally built facilities.
As the modules are being constructed, our onsite team performs foundation and site work simultaneously - allowing construction projects to be completed in half the time.
