Overview
Hope on Compton transforms an underutilized infill parcel into a structured, service-supported transitional housing community. Designed for efficiency and rapid deployment, the two-story modular building delivers speed-to-market without compromising durability or architectural clarity.
The project leverages stacked volumetric modules arranged along a double-loaded corridor to maximize unit yield and operational efficiency.
Shared spaces — including lobby, intake, case management offices, laundry, and community rooms — are integrated on-site to support long-term resident stability.
Off-site fabrication allowed for accelerated construction timelines, enhanced quality control, and minimized neighborhood disruption.
